Philosophy
After an intense assessment of an athletes natural physical and mental ability Rolfes will identify the athlete’s weakest link. Based off years of experience with athletes of all skill levels, he designs and implements a program specific to the needs of that individual athlete.
Many times people are sold on over night success stories that are simply untrue and impossible. Achieving training goals takes effort and Rolfes is a true believer there is no substitute for hard work and sweat. During Training sessions Rolfes creates an atmosphere that promotes competition with others while motivating and educating the athlete on what it will take to compete at the next level. At Select Sports Training athletes are mentally and physically pushed beyond normal capacity. This style of training effectively brings about a new confidence in athletes taking them to a whole new level of athleticism.
