Military Training
“In December of 2008, I began training for the U.S. Army Ranger School at Fort Benning, GA. With only two months to train, I asked Gregory Rolfes to give me a program that would build my lower body and core strength. After a month of Gregory’s program and intense cardio, I was in the best shape of my life. After the first few days of Ranger School, I was already outperforming many of my peers. By the end of Ranger School, I had lost 30 lbs but the strength I had built with Gregory’s program was still there. His program helped me to complete the most physically demanding school in the Army in just two months.”
